Larceny.  200 block of Bayview Drive, Stumpy Point.  Construction material reported stolen from a job site.  Under investigation.

December 12, 2023

Financial Card Fraud.  100 block of Rhodoms Drive, Colington.  Unauthorized charges on subject’s financial card.  Charges occurred outside of Dare County.

December 12, 2023

Breaking and Entering.  47000 block of Buxton Back Road.  Dispute over an inherited estate.  Under investigation.

December 14, 2023

Larceny.  52000 block of Piney Ridge Road, Frisco.  Subject returned from jail only to find various personal items had been stolen from a bag they left outside in the yard.

December 19, 2023

Burglary.  100 block of Creefs Ridge Road, Roanoke Island.  A wallet with cash and financial cards stolen from a residence during the night.  After further investigation a suspect was identified.  A variety of criminal charges have been issued.
