OCRACOKE– Audrey Carol O’Neal Lynn, made her flight to the throne ofGod, on Wednesday October 17, 2007. Audrey was the daughter ofthe late Capt. George and Annabelle O’Neal of Ocracoke. Audrey was the wife of the late John Lynn of Ocracoke. She wasalso preceded in death by a daughter, Darelene Reitz. She issurvived by a daughter, Evelyn Carol Lynn of Washington State, and ason, Chester Lynn of Ocracoke, a sister, Evelyn Vervick ofFlorida. Five grandchildren and one great grandchild and anisland full of cousins and friends.
Audrey resided in Swan Quarter, NC at the Cross Creek Health CareFacility for the past seven years. She loved the staff andconsidered them a part of her family. She leaves us after a longillness.
Her service will be held at the Ocracoke Assembly of God, on SaturdayOctober 20, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. where family and friends will meet tocelebrate the life of Audrey Carol O’Neal Lynn. In additionto flowers, memorials may be made to Ocracoke Assembly of God, P.O. Box68, Ocracoke, NC 27960
