Doris Hissey, 91, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at ChesapeakeHospital. She was a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with and R.N.degree and was also and an Army nurse in World War II. She was adevoted wife and mother and leaves behind many family and friends.
Left to cherish her memory are sons Steve and wife, Connie, and Daveand partner, Julie, and daughter Susan Alasandro; granddaughters, Saraand Kristen Alasandro, and grandson, Eric Hissey, and wife, Jessica;two great-grandchildren, Avery and Tyler, and many other extendedfamily members.
Her good humor and laughter will be greatly missed. A service will be held at a later date in Florida.
