FRISCO– Patricia Ann Patchel (Patsy), 84, peacefully went to be with Jesussurrounded by family January 27,2017. She was living at SpringArbor of the Outer Banks, N.C.
Patriciawas born April 18,1932 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1953, shemarried Roger F. Patchel Jr. and they lived in Ocean City, New Jerseyfor 35 years. Patsy and Roger retired to St. Augustine, Florida in1993. Roger died February 15, 2005.
Patsyenjoyed playing games with the seniors at St. Augustine BaptistChurch. She also played the bass fiddle while her husband, Rogerplayed rhythm guitar for The Blue Sky Riders – a western style band.Patsy spent many years as care giver for family and friends. Alwayswith a sparkle in her eye, Patsy loved to talk with people about Jesus.
Patriciais survived by two sons; Gary Roger (Susan) Patchel of Frisco, NCand Steven Howard (Angela) Patchel of Cape May Court House, N.J.;four grandchildren and eleven great-grand children.
Her urn will be buried beside her husband Roger in Camden, N.J. at a future time.
