KILL DEVIL HILLS — Cecil Guy Link, 75, passed away peacefully in Nags Head May 7, 2019. Cecil was born in Hickory, NC and was a professional engineer in water services for many years.

Cecil’s survivors include his wife, Christine Link of the Kill Devil Hills residence; his two daughters and their families; and many other caring relatives and friends.
