SOUTHERN SHORES — Lois M. Shank, 94, died April 26, 2023, in Nags Head, NC. Born in Lancaster, PA January 29, 1929, Lois married Abram “Abe” H. Shank in 1950 in Manheim, PA. In 1952 Lois and Abe moved to the Washington, DC area, where they lived until retiring to the Outer Banks of North Carolina in 1996. When Abe passed in 2014, Lois remained in Southern Shores, NC., where she enjoyed time with friends and family.
She is survived by her children, Joan Claxton (Rick), David Shank (Pam), five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
