Richard Earl Willis, known as “Dickie” to friends, passed away November 11, 2021, at the age of 61 He was retired from Norfolk and Southern Railroad and preceded in death by his parents, sister, and son, Clifford Willis. He is survived by his 2 children and 8 grandchildren.
