Richard Earl Willis, known as “Dickie” to friends, passed away November 11, 2021, at the age of 61 He was retired from Norfolk and Southern Railroad and preceded in death by his parents, sister, and son, Clifford Willis. He is survived by his 2 children and 8 grandchildren.

The family will honor Richard’s request for cremation and no services are planned at this time. Expressions of sympathy and comfort are welcome, via the online register at gallopfuneralservices.com. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc was entrusted with arrangements.
