MANTEO — Sandra Ann Himber Cohen, 85, of Manteo, NC died Saturday, June 13, 2020, at Accordius Health at Creekside Care in Ahoskie, NC.
Born in Wilmington, DE on March 13, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Charles Himber.
Sandra is survived by two daughters, Jodi Pinkert (Robert) and Julie Weston (Xavier); and a son, Jeff Cohen (Jean). She was a loving grandmother to four grandchildren, Margaret Maroney, Gregory Weston, Jacob Pinkert, and Gabrielle Weston; and great-grandmother to her great-grandson, John Michael Santiago. Also, surviving is a sister, Anita Himber; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Burton J. Cohen.
In lieu of a memorial service at this time, it was Sandra’s wish for her family and friends to say a prayer in her name.
