MANTEO – Tracey Rae Hughes, 48, of Manteo, NC, passed away on February 19, 2024.

Born on June 23, 1975, and growing up in Stumpy Point, NC, she was the daughter of Larry Hughes and the late Cheryl Jean Paschal. Tracey was a graduate of Manteo High School.

In addition to her father, Tracey is survived by her brother, Shawn Hughes.

She leaves behind cherished memories with those who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
