2nd Annual Hatteras husband hollering contest set for Feb. 14

Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 1:15 p.m. at the Fessenden Center
State fairs are known for their contests and competitions. Ribbons are awarded for the best pie or champion livestock. The Iowa State Fair has the Husband Holler contest, and we have brought that to Hatteras Island! The first prize is a ribbon and bragging rights until next year’s competition. This event will take place immediately following the adult luncheon on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. If you aren’t attending the luncheon and want to holler, please call to register or come to the Fessenden Center at 1:15 p.m.
