Please do not send only PDFs of posters or other announcements. You can send these for illustration, but we need text. We must receive your announcement at least one week before the event.

Hatteras Island Quilt Show set for July 7 and 8

The Hatteras Island Quilt Show – 2022
Located at the Anglers Club, 47231 Light Plant Road, Buxton, NC 27920
- will be held on the 7th and 8th of July (Thursday and Friday) open from 10-3
- No entrance fee
- Tickets will be sold for the raffle quilt which will be on display. The actual raffle is after the fall fishing tournament in the fall
- There will be some Quilts will for sale
- There will be some fabric or other finished items for sale.
- Free and reduced quilting books and magazines will be out for visitors to take
- There may be some quilters working to display their craft, visitors can see how things are done and get a chance to ask questions
- there is a holiday area at the show for Christmas and other holiday-themed items like table runners, quilts, pillows, wall hangings, etc.
- unfinished items may be displayed.
- Local quilters will have items displayed that are donated to local agencies.
