Heart healthy cooking workshop set for Feb. 8

February is Heart Health month. This nutrition class will focus on providing eating tips to help lower blood pressure and cholesterol and eating for heart health. The class will include cooking demonstrations, taste testing and recipes to take home. Learn how to cook a heart-healthy Valentine’s Day dinner with a special surprise dessert! The cost to attend the class is $10 per person. There is a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 12 participants. Pre-registration is required.
