Dare County Water Department to Consolidate Hatteras Island Customer Service Office
Beginning Monday, October 29, all Dare County Water Department customers on Hatteras Island will be served by the Cape Hatteras Customer Service Office located at 50225 Water Association Road in Frisco. This office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and can be reached by phone at 252. 475.5817 or 252.475.5772.
Customers may continue to make payments using the drop box at the Joseph “Mac” Midgett Water Plant located at 23697 NC Highway 12 in Rodanthe. These payments will be recorded the next business day.
Water payments can also be made online, by mail, by phone, or by automatic bank draft. Visit www.darenc.com/water for details regarding various payment methods and any convenience fees that apply.
