22 new COVID-19 cases reported on Thursday, bringing Dare County total to 1,462

Dare County announced 22 new positive COVID-19 test results on Thursday, December 24, bringing the total number of cases in the county since the pandemic began to 1,462.

The 22 additional cases consist of 12 residents and 10 non-residents, and include the following:

1) non-resident, 25-49, male, transferred isolation
2) non-resident, 25-49, female, transferred isolation
3) resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
4) resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
5) resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
6) resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
7) non-resident, 25-49, female, transferred isolation
8) resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
9) non-resident, 18-24, female, isolating in Dare
10) non-resident, 50-64, female, isolation in Dare
11) resident, 18-24, male, home isolation
12) non-resident, 25-49, male, transferred isolation
13) resident, 50-64, female, home isolation
14) non-resident, 25-49, female, transferred isolation
15) resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
16) non-resident, 17 under, female, isolating in Dare
17) non-resident, 17 under, female, isolating in Dare
18) resident, 65 older, female, home isolation
19) resident, 65 older, female, home isolation
20) resident, 65 over, male, home isolation
21) non-resident, 25-49, male, transferred isolation
22) resident, 17 under, female, home isolation

New positive cases are updated on the dashboard of the Dare County website and are shared on the DHHS Facebook page when information is received.
