24 new COVID-19 cases reported on Tuesday, bringing Dare County total to 738
Dare County announced 24 new positive COVID-19 test results on Tuesday, November 3, bringing the total number of cases in the county since the pandemic began to 738.
The 24 additional cases consist of 12 residents and 12 non-residents, and include the following:

3) resident, 17 under, female, home isolation

5) non-resident, 65 over, female, transferred isolation
