33 new COVID-19 cases reported on September 6 in Dare County

Dare County announced 33 new positive COVID-19 test results from September 6, bringing the total number of cases in the county since the pandemic began to 4,919.

With Tuesday’s new cases, the current number of active cases in the county is now 186. There are also 18 current hospitalizations, and 4 of the 33 cases reported on September 6 were vaccinated individuals.

The 33 additional cases consist of 12 non-residents and 21 residents, and include the following:
