6 additional COVID-19 cases reported on Friday, bringing Dare County total to 560

Dare County announced 6 additional positive COVID-19 test results on Friday, October 2, bringing the total number of cases in the county since the pandemic began to 541.

The 6 additional cases consist of 2 residents and 4 non-residents, and include the following:

1) non-resident, 25-49, female, transferred isolation
2) non-resident, 25-49, female, transferred isolation
3) non-resident, 25-49, female, transferred isolation
4) resident, 65 older, female, home isolation
5) resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
6) non-resident, 18-24, female, isolation in Dare
