Dare County Board of Commissioners Chairman Bob Woodard would like to wish everyone a safe and merry Christmas and a healthy, happy New Year.
In this video, Chairman Woodard also extends a special thanks to all Dare County healthcare workers, Emergency Medical Service (EMS) personnel, first responders, essential frontline workers and the non-profit groups providing assistance for those in need.
