HICF postpones 20th Anniversary Gala in response to COVID-19 recommendations from health officials
The health and well-being of our community is extremely important to us with the Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation. With that said, the Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation has decided to POSTPONE the 20th Anniversary Gala scheduled for April 4, 2020. This postponement is in support of the recommendations from public health officials to encourage “social distancing” to slow the spread of the virus.
Once things start to get back to normal, the Board of the Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation will pick a new date for the 20th Anniversary Gala. We are excited to celebrate 20 years of neighbors helping neighbors and to honor founder Laney Howell, the original HICF Board, and everyone who has served through the years.
