Power outage scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 4
Hatteras Island and Ocracoke Island will experience a brief power outage beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 4, for up to one hour, per an update from the Cape Hatteras Electric Cooperative (CHEC).
