FRISCO — Frank Eldon McDowell, 40, died Jan. 1, 2012 in Bradenton,Fla. Born in Scottsbluff, Neb., he is the son of the lateConnieHuerta McDowell. He was very active as a volunteer coach fortheDare County Parks and Recreation Department, a fourth generationshrimper in Brunswick, Ga., and loved his family and friends.
He is survived by his father Frank Eldon McDowell of Frisco; onedaughter, Precious Ella McDowell; one stepdaughter, Brandi Ann O’Neal;two sons, Christian Grey McDowell and Francis Woodrow AlexzanderMcDowell; one stepson, Nicholas Lee O’Neal and wife Sheryl and theirson Jordon all of Frisco; three sisters, Maria Ryals of San Antonio,Tex., Melissa Clever and husband Carl of Buxton, and Gina Williams andhusband Ronnie of Frisco; one brother, Ramon Galvan and wife Sandra ofMcAllen, Tex., and 13 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Heritage of Faith Family Church onJan. 28 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Stowe officiating.
