FRISCO — Lonnie Lawrence Woods, Jr., 60, ofFrisco died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007 at his residence. Mr. Woods wasborn in Chester, Pa., the son of Lonnie L. Woods, Sr. and GenevaStuckey Woods. He was a heavy equipment operator and a veteran,having served in the U.S. Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son-in-law, Andy Peele, and a stepson, Dusty Willis.
Mr. Woods is survived by his daughter, Kim W. Peele, of Buxton and hisson, Lonnie L. Woods, III and wife, Leanne, of Plano, Tex.; hislong-time companion, Barbara Jackson of the residence; twostepchildren, Tony Willis, and wife, Candy, Diane Harris, and husband,Clay; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and sixstep-grandchildren.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at the Heritage Family Church inFrisco on Friday, Oct. 12, at 11 a.m., with Rev. David Stoweofficiating.
