FRISCO- Josephine Marie Kelly, 62, of Frisco, NC died Monday, April 3, 2017,at Chesapeake General Hospital. Born in Boston, Massachusetts onDecember 16, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Josephine Yankowskiand Phillip Kelly.
Having previously owned Rocco’s Pizza in Hatteras, Josephine also ranthe Frisco Pier from 1977 until 1985. She was instrumental in raisingfunds to support the Outer Banks Preservation Association and the NorthCarolina Beach Buggy Association. Through these experiences, Josephinegained many fishing friends.
Josephine is survived by her son, Keith “Tater” Wilson of Frisco, NC; abrother, Phillip Kelly of California; and friend of forty years andpartner of twenty years, Ken Wilson.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services at this time.
