HATTERAS – – Caroline Latini Rosellleft her life here on earth to sleep with the angels on Monday, June20, 2016. She was born March 1, 1931 in the Panama Canal Zone toJohn Latini and Adalinda Rosado Latini.
She graduated from Sacred Heart Academy Cullman, Ga., in 1947. Andspent her life as an Army wife traveling the world while raising herfamily. She always welcomed everyone into her home with a warmsmile and “Hi, Baby.”
She is survived by one brother, Carl (Dottie) Latini of Columbus, Ga.;one sister-in-law, brother in-law Bob Bowles, Ellen Neary of Omaha,Neb.; her children, Ellen Rosell of Santa Fe, N.M., Mike Rosell ofEastport, Maine, Kurt (Geri) Rosell of Williamsburg, Va., Paul (Maria)Rosell of Hatteras, and Mimi Rosell (Brian Butler) of Warrenton, Va.;grandchildren, Jessica Griffin, Amy Rosell Kielbasa, Chrissy RosellDuchscher, Megan Rosell Cannon, Lisa Rosell Roberts, Jerry Rosell,Kaisey Rosell, Bryant Ballance, Brianne Rosell, Tori Ballance, AsaBallance, Braeden Rosell, Tanner Frazier, and Haley Rosell, and ninegreat-grandchildren. She has many nieces and nephews whom sheloved dearly.
She is joining those who preceded her, former spouse, retired colonel,Tom Rosell; siblings, Jerry Latini and Dora Latini Bowles;brother-in-law, Charles Neary; son, Tom Rosell, and grandchildren, JoshGriffin and Richie Spears.
There will be a celebration of life in Hatteras on July 23 with time and location pending.
