BUXTON– Mac Lee Morrow, 62, died on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Born May 3,1953 in Aliquippa, Pa., Mac chose Buxton as his home as an adultafter spending many childhood summers here. He loved HatterasIsland and would tell you his best job ever was at the Kentucky FriedChicken in Buxton, where he made lasting friendships.
Mac is survived by his mother, Dolly Maxine Morrow of Colony Ridge,Nags Head; sisters, Judy Morrow and Cindy Morrow, both of Buxton ;sister of his heart, Gee Gee Rosell of Frisco; nephews, MichaelKarayiannis and Alexander Karayiannis; cousins, Ray and Sandy Crissman,and their children of New Jersey; Dan Crissman of New York; Deb Russoof New Jersey, and many friends near and far.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date at Colony Ridge in Nags Head.
As a farewell to all who knew and loved him, we imagine Mac is singing “Oops, There Goes Another Rubber Tree Plant.”
