Larry Cullen Jr.

FRISCO — Larry Cullen Jr., 67, went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2014 at the Outer Banks Hospital.

Larryhas touched the lives and hearts of many young people during his40-plus years of teaching experience both in the U.S. and in Holland,including five years in the Outer Banks. He served as a soccer coachand received many awards of service and of appreciation for his workwith the New Jersey and North Carolina schools. Even after hisretirement, he continued to dedicate his time to the youth throughteaching Sunday School and volunteering for vacation bible school.

Acelebration of Larry’s life will be held at The Cape Hatteras BaptistChurch in Frisco on Wednesday, March 19, at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor RussHoward officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made tothe Cape Hatteras Baptist Church.
