WANCHESE — Malcolm Kyle Miller, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 37. A native of Wanchese, NC, he was born on December 21, 1986.
As we will never hear that truck coming around the corner or the four-wheeler tearing it up going down the road, we will never forget the lasting memories Kyle shared with us all. He was one of a kind and there will never be another. Loving, strong-willed, hard-headed, stubborn, hardworking, give you the shirt off of his back, always show up when called, loved to fish, and loved the water.
Kyle had so many friends and family that he loved to hang out with and have a blast with. There are a few special friends that he leaned on to help him with things he didn’t know how to do or to figure out. Friends that were there for him through the good, the bad, and the ugly; you know who you are, and he loved you so good.
He loved being a “funcle” to his nieces and nephews, especially as they got older. He and Hershey loved to come over and play in the backyard no matter how hot or cold it was outside; he would do it for them. He loved them as much as they loved him.
Kyle and Hershey will be missed and forever remembered in our hearts. He was ready to go fishing, especially in the boat he found, and was gearing up to own. So, think of Kyle whenever you are out in the boat, riding your ATVs, playing baseball in the backyard, or having whatever special memories you shared with him, and never forget what he would say to you.
Kyle, we love you and Hershey, and you will always be with us.
His parents, Faith Evelyn Daniels Miller and Frank Milton Miller preceded him in death.
Kyle is survived by his two sisters, Mindy Miller Ralph and husband Jonathan and Alexia Miller; nieces Evelyn, Erin, and Lilly; nephews Franklin and Charley; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of Kyle’s life will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Wanchese Assembly of God with Pastor Kenny Midgett officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service.
Twiford Funeral Homes, Outer Banks, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.TwifordFH.com.
