St. John’s UMC in Avon hosting a wave of fall fundraisers

The St. John’s United Methodist Church (UMC) in Avon village is hosting a number of fundraisers in October and November that are wide open to the public, and visitors and residents alike are welcome to attend.

Upcoming fundraisers at St. John’s UMC – which include community dinners, a yard sale, and more – are as follows:

  • On Saturday, October 10, St. John’s UMC is hosting a BBQ Dinner, (To Go Only), from 5-7:00 p.m.
  • On Friday and Saturday, October 16-17 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., St. John’s UMC is hosting a community yard sale on the church grounds.
  • On Wednesday, November 4, St. John’s UMC is hosting a Shrimp Chowder, Clam Chowder, and Chili Fundraiser Dinner, (To Go Only), from 5-7:00 p.m.
  • On Tuesday, November 24, St. John’s UMC is hosting a Spaghetti Fundraising Dinner, (To Go Only), from 5-:00 p.m.
