OCRACOKE– Eva Rella Williams Waller, 88, died Thursday, Sept. 23, 2010 in SwanQuarter, N.C. Born in Ocracoke, she was the daughter of the late Jacoband Brittina Williams and was the widow of Rudolph K. Waller.
Mrs.Waller is survived by a daughter, Kay Brelig of Ocracoke, and sevengrandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parentsand husband, she is preceded in death by a son, Ray T. Waller; threesisters, Nina Williams, Maude Garrish, and Vera Ballance; and abrother, Jones M. Williams.
A memorialservicewill be held on Tuesday, Sept. 28, at 1 p.m. at Ocracoke UnitedMethodist Church by the Rev. Laura Stern.
