LEVITTOWN,Pa. — Franklin Dewey O’Neal, 43, of Levittown and Ocracoke died MondayJuly 9, 2012, in his residence. Mr. O’Neal was a native of Ocracoke andwas a Certified Public Accountant with American Architecture. Hewas a graduate of Ocracoke High School and attended UNC Greensboro andwas a member of Ocracoke United Methodist Church.
He was the son of Carlton B. O’Neal and wife Bonnie of Ocracoke and the late Edith McCook O’Neal.
Alsosurviving are two brothers, Charles L. O’Neal and wife Anne StuartO’Neal of Washington, N.C., and Lewis E. O’Neal of Ocracoke.
Aservice of remembrance will be in Ocracoke United Methodist Church,Friday July 13, at 1 p.m. by Rev. Laura Stern. In lieu of flowers,memorials may be made to the Ocracoke Fire Protection Association, P.O.Box 332, Ocracoke, NC 27960 or Hope For The Animals.org.
