Daniel Robert Moore, 75, of Sewell, N.J., passed away on Monday, Sept.17, 2012. He died sitting in his chair on the beach on Hatteras Islandwith his fishing line in the water. He had been a resident of Sewellsince 1962.
Mr. Moore graduated from Glassboro State College and served in theUnited States Marine Corps. Devoted husband of Marian (nee Myers), heis also survived by loving daughter Judy (Thomas) Ghirardelli, adoringgrandchildren, Marianna and Joey, two sisters Ruth (Robert) Gray, Pixie(John) Senior, his in-laws, William (Claire) Myers, Janet (Dave)Koehler, and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Moore was predeceased bydaughter, Susan Ann Moore.
Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until noonon Saturday, Sept. 22, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Mantua,N.J., where funeral services will be held at noon.
