PORTSMOUTH,Va. – Cindy Louise Collins Peele, 50, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2013.She was born in Portsmouth and was the daughter of the late CharlesCollins. She was active in BSA Troop #1691.
She is survived byher loving husband, William Maxton Peele Jr.; her mother, FloraCollins; a daughter, Michelle P. Willis and husband Tony; a son,William M. Peele, III; two sisters, Joyce Sobey and Pamela Larry; threebrothers, Steve Collins, Larry Leonard and Tommy Collins; and twograndchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel is handling arrangements.
