KILLDEVILS HILLS — Patsy Gaskins Williams, 85, of Kill Devil Hills,formerly of Ocracoke, died Sunday, May 11, 2014 at her residence. Shewas born in Ocracoke and was the widow of Millard Nelson Williams.
Mrs.Williams is survived by two sons, Lawrence Olin Simpson and wife, Lisa,of Kill Devil Hills and John Edward Simpson of Ocracoke; fourgrandchildren, John Eric Simpson, Christopher Lawrence Simpson, KyleSimpson, and Laura Simpson, and a step-granddaughter, Katie Heroux.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 16, at 1 p.m. at the Ocracoke Community Cemetery by the Rev. Ivey Belch.
