MANTEO — Henry “Hank” Lee Stock, Jr., 79, of Manteo, NC died Friday, February 5, 2021, at Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA.

Born in Charleston, WV on September 27, 1941, he was the son of the late Frances Young Stock and Henry Lee Stock, Sr.

Having served his country honorably, Hank retired as an operations supervisor in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Harbor Light Holiness Church in Manns Harbor, NC.

Hank is survived by his wife, Rebecca “Becky” Boardman Stock; daughter, Margaret “Maggie” Harrison and husband Jeff; son, Shawn Monday; daughters-in-law, Debbie Monday and Robin Monday; grandchildren, Zachary Monday, Katie Monday, Linsey McDonald, Leighia McDonald, Jamie McDonald, Cassie Harrison, Corbin Harrison, Heather Harrison, JT Harrison, and Laura Douglas; and eighteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Greg Monday; and grandson, Tommy Harrison.

A celebration of Hank’s life will be held at Harbor Light Holiness Church in the near future.
