NAGS HEAD — Ms. Peggy Mae Laws died peacefully of natural causes in Nags Head, July 1, 2020. Peggy was 59 and born and raised in Wilkesboro, NC. She lived bravely her whole life with serious developmental disabilities but managed to outlive her whole family except her elderly mother. Peggy recently lost her last sister, Nancy Laws Swaim (Ronnie) with whom she lived for many years in Kill Devil Hills. As she would want, Peggy’s cremated remains will rest with her beloved sister Nancy’s. Peggy is survived by her mother, Mozelle Laws.
In lieu of flowers, Peggy’s brother-in-law Ronnie Swaim would be most grateful if memorial donations in Peggy’s honor be made directly to Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. (252-216-8030) to assist with Peggy’s cremation expenses.
