NAGS HEAD — Wanda Jolly Fenz, 58, of Nags Head, NC, died Sunday, February 2, 2020. Formerly of Edenton, NC, she was born November 17, 1961, to the late Judith Annie West Jolly and Joseph Mendel Jolly.
Wanda attended John A. Holmes High School and was currently the manager of Nags Head’s Dolphin Motel. Strong in her faith, she valued time spent with her children and enjoyed cooking, and holiday celebrations.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Fenz; two daughters, Shannon Bracy of Kill Devil Hills and Tiffany Fenz of Nags Head; one son, Matthew Fenz of Nags Head; three step-daughters, Danielle Macumber of Edenton, Jessica Fenz of New York, NY, and Alexis Fenz of Indianapolis, IN; and eight grandchildren, Shaylyn, David and Dylan Bracy and Jordan, Riley, Sawyer, Andi, and Parker Macumber. Also, surviving are three siblings, Cindy Jolly of Florida, Donna Jolly of North Carolina, and Jack Berry of South Carolina.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, June Ramsey; and a brother, JM Jolly.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 7, 2020, at Beaver Hill Cemetery, Martin Luther King Ave, Edenton, NC. The family will receive friends and relatives for a visitation Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Twiford Colony Chapel, 500 Budleigh St, Manteo, NC.
