23 new COVID-19 cases reported on Friday, bringing Dare County total to 2,393

Dare County announced 23 new positive COVID-19 test results on Friday, January 22, bringing the total number of cases in the county since the pandemic began to 2,393.

With Friday’s new cases, the current number of active cases in the county is now 267.

The 23 additional cases consist of 19 residents and 4 non-residents, and include the following:

3) resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
4) resident, 65 over, female, hospitalized
5) non-resident, 18-24, female, transferred isolation
6) non-resident, 25-49, female, transferred isolation
7) resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
8) non-resident, 65 over, female, transferred isolation
9) non-resident, 25-49, male, transferred isolation
10) resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
11) resident, 65 over, female, home isolation
12) resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
13) resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
