Coast Guard Responds to Incident in Pamlico Sound
Early on Tuesday morning, August 27, crews from the U.S. Coast Guard Station Hatteras Inlet and Air Station Elizabeth City responded to a medical incident on a fishing vessel in the Pamlico Sound, involving a 38-year-old male. The individual was quickly airlifted and medevaced to a trauma center Norfolk, V.A. where he was given further treatment.
