Mary Ellon Ballance announces candidacy for Dare County Commissioner

Mary Ellon Balance, Dare County Board of Education Member, issued a release on Tuesday, November 21, announcing her candidacy for the Dare County Board of Commissioners (BOC) District 4 seat in the fall 2024 election. The current District 4 representative on the BOC is Danny Couch.
