Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce launches new Chamber Social Network

Share post:

The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce is introducing a new networking opportunity for members and their employees called Chamber Social Network.

Each quarter those participating will gather at a designated location/venue to meet and spend time together in a casual and fun setting. Each quarter will be something or someplace different.

No commitment, no cost (except for food and beverage purchases); just a chance to meet, get connected with like-minded people and widen your circle of contact and influence.

“We have had requests for an opportunity like this for our membership particularly from our Leadership OBX alumni, our younger member employees, and our general membership and we are hoping people will come out each quarter and support this endeavor;” states Karen Brown, Chamber President & CEO.

The first Chamber Social Network Meet-Up will be held on Tuesday, February 18th at 5:30 p.m. at the Jolly Roger Restaurant. Future programs will be scheduled for May, August, and November.

The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce is the area’s largest business membership organization serving Currituck County, Dare County, and Ocracoke County.

For more information on this event, please contact Karen Brown at kbrown@outerbankschamber.com or at 441-8144 or visit www.outerbankschamber.com/febsocial to let us know you are coming.
