KILLDEVIL HILLS — Linda Elizabeth Nunn passed away on Jan. 10, 2013,following a brief illness. Ms. Nunn, 63, is survived by herdaughters, Barbra Stonerock and Bear Monita of Dayton, Ohio, andBridgett and Don Buckman, of Clayton, N.C.; special friend PaulRussell; brothers, Thomas Nunn, Peter Nunn, and Dennis Nunn, andseveral nieces and nephews. Ms. Nunn was preceded in death by herparents, Thomas and Madeline Nunn. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., andlater a resident of Dayton, Ohio, she moved to the Outer Banks in1988. A writer and artist, she loved the Outer Banks and embracedit as her home. Memorial contributions may be made to Kill DevilHills Library, 400 Mustian Street, Kill Devil Hills, NC, 27948. Acelebration of Ms. Nunn’s life will be held at a later date in KillDevil Hills.
