Hatteras Island Sanitation Collection Update for Wednesday
Per an update from Dare County Public Works, residential trash collection took place in Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, and Avon this morning, Wednesday, November 20. There are some roads that did not get picked up due to remaining sand and water.
The normal schedule is anticipated to resume tomorrow.
Residential collection:
- Thursday, November 21 – Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras
- Friday, November 22 – Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo and Avon
Commercial collection will take place on Friday, November 22, 2019.
