30 new COVID-19 cases reported on Saturday, bringing Dare County total to 1,987

Dare County announced 30 new positive COVID-19 test results on Saturday, January 9, bringing the total number of cases in the county since the pandemic began to 1,987.

With Saturday’s new cases, the current number of active cases in the county is now 243.

The 30 additional cases consist of 19 residents and 11 non-residents, and include the following:

2) resident, 18-24, male, home isolation
3) resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
4) resident, 50-64, female, home isolation
5) resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
6) resident, 50-64, female, home isolation
7) resident, 65 over, male, home isolation
8) resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
9) resident, 17 under, male, home isolation
10) resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
11) resident, 50-64, male, home isolation
12) non-resident, 65 over, female transferred isolation
13) resident, 17 under, female, home isolation
