On January 24 the Outer Banks Health Carol S. and Edward D. Cowell, Jr. Cancer Center officially opened its doors recently with a celebratory ribbon cutting hosted by the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce.
Outer Banks Health professionals and supporters were joined by Chamber of Commerce members and community members to mark the occasion.
