Hatteras Island Art and Craft Show returns after two-year hiatus on November 25-26
After a two-year hiatus due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the annual Hatteras Island Art and Craft Show is returning to the Cape Hatteras Secondary School (CHSS) in Buxton on November 25 and 26.
Corresponding with both Black Friday and Small Business Saturday shopping, this year’s event is promising to be one of the largest shows yet, with more than 40 artists and vendors in attendance.
The show is a mixture of familiar local artists and craftsmen as well as newcomers, and shoppers can expect to find a wide array of goodies at this year’s event, including artworks, jewelry, hand-made décor, apparel, shell and sea glass-inspired treasures, and plenty of gifts to put a big dent in holiday shopping.
The show takes place from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday, and is coordinated by the Hatteras Island Arts + Crafts Guild. For more information on the event, as well as other endeavors by the Guild, visit https://www.facebook.com/HIACGUILD/.
