Dare County Releases COVID-19 video update for Monday; County’s case count remains at 22
The Dare County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) touched on the latest statewide statistics for COVID-19 in its latest video update, which was released by the county on Monday afternoon, May 26.
In the video, Director Dr. Sheila Davies provides information on COVID-19 and testing in Dare County, and also notes that the total number of cases in the county has remained at 22 since May 14.
Out of those 22 cases, 19 have recovered or are asymptomatically cleared, one has passed away, and two are currently active.
