The Nags Head Democratic Precinct is excited to announce that the Old Time Summer Fun Ice Cream Social, has been rescheduled for Thursday, September 12, 2024. The event will now include a special postcard writing session before the ice cream social.

- Ice Cream Social: 6:00 p.m.
- Where: Booty Treats, MP 15.5, 6406 S. VA Dare Trail, Nags Head, NC

This event is open to everyone! Join us for the postcard writing session where volunteers will have the opportunity to write postcards in support of local, state, and national Democratic candidates. Whether you’re passionate about supporting our candidates or just want to enjoy some ice cream, you’re welcome to attend any part of the event. You do not need to write postcards to get ice cream!
Local candidates will also be in attendance, offering a wonderful chance to meet those working to represent our community and to discuss the issues that matter most to you.
Mary Kelley, Precinct Chair, shared her enthusiasm: “We’re thrilled to bring our community together for this special event. The postcard writing session is a great way to make a difference in the upcoming elections, and the ice cream social is the perfect way to relax, connect, and enjoy time with friends and neighbors.
