UPDATE: Hatteras Island Schools are Closed on Friday

Due to unsafe road conditions resulting from the current offshore weather pattern, Cape Hatteras Elementary School and Cape Hatteras Secondary School will be closed on Friday, October 11, 2019, per a Friday morning update from Dare County schools.
