William Horace Barksdale

FRISCO– William Horace Barksdale, 68, died Monday, Feb.1, 2010 at hisresidence.  Mr. Barksdale was born in Calhoun County, Alabama,andwas a retired supervisor linesman for Cape Hatteras ElectricCo-op.  He was the son of the late Herman and Janie Ruth EavesBarksdale and the husband of Ann King Barksdale of the residence.

Besideshis wife, Mr. Barksdale is survived by a daughter, Alisa; two sons,Terry and Bryan; two sisters, and several grandchildren.

Funeralservices will be held at Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo on Thursday,Feb. 4, at 11 a.m.  The family will receive friends from 10until11 a.m. prior to the service.  Burial will be in the LammFamilyCemetery in Wilson, N.C.
